What aeroplane does MunichAirline use?


A long-distance US Boeing 767 ER (ER= extended range) with 90 seats. The aeroplane is registered with the British airline Flyjet.

How many classes are there?


Bermuda VIP Class (10 seats)
Bermuda Gold Class (54 seats)
Bermuda Class (26 seats)

The three classes differ only as far as seating comfort and service are concerned.

How about the seating comfort and the equidistance between the seats?


We provide extremely comfortable seating arrangements - the Bermuda VIP class has an equidistance of 191 cm, Bermuda Gold Class 167 cm resp. 183 cm and Bermuda Class 102 cm.

The slanting angle of the backrests is 140 degrees in the Bermuda VIP class, Bermuda Gold Class and Bermuda Class 120 degrees. The width in the Bermuda VIP class is 52 cm, depth 48 cm. In the two other classes 45 cm width and depth of 43 cm in each case.

Each seat is equipped with a radio and TV screen as well as an individual DVD player with a selection of feature films and games.

Are there board entertainment programs?


The aeroplane has an audio-/video system. Each seat has a radio and TV screen as well as an individual DVD player with a selection of feature films, films suitable for children and games.

What meals are on offer during the flight?


Meals appropriate to the time of day are on offer in all classes. You can select the menu. Special preferences like vegetarian food have to be ordered three days prior to departure at the latest. Our bar is available at any time with a selection of beverages - both alcoholic and soft.

Guests of the Bermuda VIP class are offered restaurant service, i.e. you can choose when and what you would like to order during the flight

How much luggage can I take along?


Guests of the VIP class can take along 30 kg free-of-charge luggage, Bermuda Gold Class and Bermuda Class 20 kg. Additional hand luggage of 10 kg may also be taken on board.

Sport luggage (e.g. golf or diving gear) up to 20 kg is also free of charge. Any additional luggage is charged at a fee of 2.50€ per kg.

Can I take animals along?


Unfortunately no animals are accepted on board - neither in the cabin nor the cargo hold. The only exception being dogs for the blind.

Can children travel on their own?


No - children under the age of 12 have to be accompanied by an adult. MunichAirline does not provide a service for minors travelling without adult supervision.

Where does one check in?


MunichAirlines checks in at Munich Terminal 1. Check-in is effected in module C at Aerogate.

The Check-in at Bermuda International Airport is in the main hall at BAS.

How early do I have to be at the airport prior to departure?


You should contact the check-in-counter 90 minutes prior to departure at the latest. Please take any gridlocks or weather problems into account. The check-in will close one hour prior to departure.

How can I contact MunichAirlines?

Can I change the booking of flights already booked?


As soon as a ticket has been issued, certain tariffs can only be changed or returned at a fee. Please contact your travel agency or our service team concerning the charges. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

Are there carrier services for the Munich departures of MunichAirline?


MunichAirline has signed an agreement with DBA and Alitalia about carrier services from Italy and within the domestic area of Germany. Information pertaining to these transfer services will be provided by your travel agency or our call centre.
